Mr and Mrs J Court Hackleman of Columbia Missouri after a long wedding journey in the North and East were guests of his parents Mr and Mrs C Mort on Hackleman at Hill Top Farm and visited Mr and Mrs W L Walker for a day. Supt S B Walker and family of Pendleton are now domiciled in the Mrs Elizabeth Phelps property. Mrs Phelps moved her household to Arlington and will spend the winter with her daughter Mrs John Woods.

Wreck on I and C Car in Indianapolis Friday Night
An I. and C. traction car derailed after hitting an open switch on Prospect Street causing minor injuries to passengers including Clyde Lewis and his wife from Morristown plus Mr and Mrs Watling Mr and Mrs Kizer and Mr Verre Plummer. Clyde Lewis was taken to Deaconess Hospital and woke Thursday morning. E. D. Lewis traveled to the city at 2 a.m.

Family Reunion Gatherings Across Arlington and Nearby Towns
The Allender reunion met Tuesday at the Christian Church in Arlington with about 200 attendees from Carthage and other areas. Thirty nine Hunt family members met in Cynthia White's Grove on August 28, discussing future reunion site changes. Distanced guests included Josiah Nicholson and wife from Fairmount and Luther White from New Castle alongside others from Indianapolis Pendleton Charlottesville Wilkinson and two visitors. About one hundred relatives attended the Jessup reunion Thursday at Frank Craft's grave with Jonathan Jessup and Harry Barnard organizing a program and attendees from Iowa Spiceland and Richmond.
