Homecoming at Friends Church Celebrates Survivors and Speech
More than 200 attended the Friends church Homecoming with a 9:30 Sunday school, diplomas for top memory work, and a special gift to Jimmie Carr. The afternoon program featured singing, a violin solo by Mary Ann Kullmer, and Rev. Folger’s tribute to the church and his career across eastern states and abroad. Registration by Winona Newsom listed 76 out-of-town guests and eight ministers from 17 towns in four states.
