Ronald A. Weidner, 21, was charged with reckless driving after his 1956 car ran off State Road 140 south of the I S S C Home in Center Township at 4 a m. The northbound vehicle sideswiped a tree and five fencing posts, flipped onto a fence post, with fence damage listed at 100 dollars and owned by the institution.
