The Band Boosters met at the school with fifteen members present led by President Frances Terhune. Minutes and treasurer Edna N Kennedy's report were approved. A candy drive begins November 5 and a skating party was reported last Saturday. A new fund for uniforms was created from skating party proceeds and a $100 transfer. Elizabeth Binford Dies in Deer Lodge at 90
Elizabeth Binford 90 died Tuesday November 3 at her daughter Emma Mardis home in Deer Lodge Montana after two years of ill health. Born in Carthage Indiana September 1 1869 she married Charles F Binford in 1900 who died in 1922. She missioned in Mexico for five years before marriage and was a Methodist member in Deer Lodge. Survived by daughter Ruth Ann Mardis a sister Mrs. Ruth Ann Weaver three grandchildren nine great grandchildren nieces and nephews. Funeral 2 p.m. Saturday Hampton Funeral Home Rev Herman Parker burial Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation after 10 a.m. Friday.
