19 Year Old 4-H Star Joseph Moster Killed In Crash

A Rush County native he lived in Hancock County many years and belonged to Curry's Chapel Methodist church and Hancock Lodge 101 F and A M. He was secretary of the Federal Farm Loan Association in Hancock County for 13 years.
