Public Service Indiana accuses Indiana Statewide Rural Cooperative of causing an electric power crisis in Switz erland county and shifting blame to Southeastern REMC. The utility says the REMC has failed to provide adequate facilities and may overload lines linking East Enterprise and Patriot, risking damage to transformers.
