The C. E. group held a monthly business meeting followed by a social on the Friends church lawn last week. Herschel Folger and Miss Helen McCorkle led a program with a playlet, charades, pantomimes and other stunts. The skit featured Miss Christian Endeavor Entertains with Miss Florence Miner as Miss C. E. and Miss Ethel Publow as the maid. Mrs J Russell Publow acted as a transformed hall tree and table. Other scenes turned Miss McCorkle into a hall tree and Miss Grace Winslow into a Morris chair as Miss Ramona Norris called. Ice cream and cake were served after.
