Mrs Lilburn White aged 72 died from a cerebral hemorrhage at 11 p m Tuesday at her home west of Carthage after a heart ailment. Born August 29, 1872 to Jes se L Phelps she lived in Ripley township and was a Friends church member. Survived by two daughters Eva Wales Nameless Creek Jessie Edwards Greenfield a son John White at home two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral at 10 a m Saturday at the home with Rev B Shields of Charlottesville officiating. Interment in Walnut Ridge cemetery.
