Funeral services were held for Mrs. Orville Leisure of Jackson township at her home. She died Saturday morning at Henry County hospital New Castle after two weeks of heart trouble. Burial followed in Glen Cove Cemetery Knightstown. She is survived by her husband two children her father a sister two brothers and three grandchildren all of Rush county.

Large Farm Home Burns Near Gowdy
A two story frame home on Mrs. John Campbell's farm about 21 miles east of Gowdy burned around noon Monday. Occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Wilse Hasty, the furniture was saved by neighbors.
