Carl Barker 19 a former Carthage resident was sentenced by Judge William F Marshall to two months at the Indiana State Farm after pleading guilty to a theft charge. Barker was arrested last week by the county sheriff's department after stealing a wrist watch and a suitcase upon returning to Carthage from Virginia where he had been living.
