Century of Progress Parade Impresses Townsfolk

Under Prof. J. R. Behr direction 84 units from 45 groups paraded through Main Street at 2 30 pm concluding at Walnut. Oran Henley captured the event on camera as crowds praised the floats though ribbons went to only three entrants. The pageant showcased Indians and buffalo motifs plus domestic pioneering scenes highlighting community pride.
