Injured Travelers in T-Road Auto Mishap
On Wednesday night Marcus McClurg and his wife with another woman could not stop at a T-road. The car struck straight, causing cuts to the two ladies who were thrown against the windshield. Finley Nelson brought them to town while Ralph Moore towed the damaged auto.

Indianapolis Aug 7 announced by Indiana Bureau of Personnel. Boy on Bicycle Struck by Car Near South Water
Vernon Jackson, son of Mr and Mrs Victor Jackson, was cut on his legs when his bicycle was hit by a car driven by Red Hunt near the Jackson home on South Water street. The bicycle was demolished as the incident occurred while he played with neighborhood children.

Indiana State Fair Board reports thousands of half priced 25 cent admission tickets for the Hoosier Exposition. starting with 50,000 and increasing yearly to 250,000 for sale on July 14. Tickets are sold cash only and resold by drug stores banks and clubs as a courtesy. With fewer than 20,000 remaining at the Fair Board offices, supply is dwindling statewide and no new tickets will be printed once exhausted.

Funeral for Frank Rhodes Held at Knightstown Church
Funeral services for Frank Rhodes were held Tuesday morning at the Christian church in Knightstown. Rhodes, who had been in poor health, died Saturday night at his Knightstown home. Mrs. Minnie Braden, cousin to the deceased, attended the service.
