Queen Candidate Sharon Sipe Chosen At Western Electric Plant
Sharon Sipe of Carthage has been named one of six Hello Charley Queen candidates at the Indianapolis Western Electric plant. From a field of more than 500, the six were chosen by a Board-appointed committee. The final election will be held next Thursday, April 11, by plant employees, with the winner crowned at a Coronation Dance May 25 at the Indiana Roof. Henry Stinger spoke to the Helen Hunt Club in Cambridge City and to Cub Scouts at Knights Town Friends Church.
