Grandmother Florence Genzen long serves 4‑H in Manning
At 81 Florence Genzen is the Carroll County 4‑H legend for over 50 years with Manning Cadets. Though retired from leading, she hosted girls in her home teaching sewing cooking and life skills. Schooling generations, she praises 4‑H for citizenship confidence and community service.
