Rock in Prevention honors Koberg Bravard for a decade of service

Carolyn Koberg and Kathy Bravard of New View Substance Abuse Treatment and Prevention Center in Carroll were honored for ten years of supporting the Rock in Prevention program. They received a plaque from Pat McManus and were recognized as certified prevention specialists promoting RIP across five area counties.

Alzheimer's group car wash to fund Memory Walk

The Alzheimer's Association hosts a car wash this Saturday in Carroll at the K mart lot. A five dollar donation per vehicle supports this year’s Memory Walk, set for September 22 at Swan Lake State Park with registration from 9 a.m. Call 800 426 6512 or visit www alt-sioux org for details.
