Bishop backs St. Anthony Alzheimer's project in Carroll area
Bishop Daniel N. DiNardo of Sioux City endorses the Campaign for Dignity at St. Anthony Regional Hospital. The plan adds an Alzheimer's unit, expands adult day care and respite services, and renovates the nursing home to better serve dementia patients and the elderly. He notes the church’s ministry is needed amid rising dementia cases and his own mother’s struggle.
