A court order will be granted on the first Tuesday in July 1918 establishing a second class public road in the 1310 district G M starting near Lee McLendon's store and running through lands of Lee McLendon H J Reaves G K Dukes. By order of the Court of Ordinary Carroll County Georgia the estate of Scott Price deceased will be sold at public outcry on the first Tuesday in July 1918 at the courthouse door in Carrollton. The property is a brick house and lot on Depot Street fronting 22 feet and running back 60 feet, bounded by Hotel property Price estate and Bill Benson.
