Outdoorsmen Gear Up For Fall Hunting in Idaho
The 1973 Idaho hunting season runs September 1 to 16 for mourning doves with a ten dove bag limit and twenty doves possession after day one. Hunters need plugged shotguns holding no more than three shells, and no migratory bird stamp is required. Private land access should be obtained, road hunting will be enforced in Arbon Valley, and big game archery seasons also begin September 1 with strict equipment rules.
