The Findlay city council met Monday with Mayor T. W. McClure presiding. They approved a request by Chamber leaders to use Findlay street and Vance street for the Harvest Festival and Home Coming. McClure submitted a third quarterly fines report and resigned. Almon Blue became acting mayor. Prudden Co submitted a bid on bonds for outside electric current. National Lime & Stone plans a power plant reducing needed upgrades and loan.
