An accident occurred at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday on N Vance Street at Brown Avenue Carey involving a truck driven by Rudy Hernandez Mendez Toledo and a car driven by Margaret E Altman Carey. The Altman vehicle was stopped to turn left when struck and pushed 144 feet. Altman sustained neck injuries and was hospitalized at Blanchard Valley Hospital.
