S/Sgt. Jack E. Fisher will be at the Carey post office every Thursday from 9 30 to 11 a m to accept U S Marine Corps enlistment applications. Births Rise More Than Deaths in Wyandot County

A Wyandot County Health Department July report shows 31 births in the county, 13 male and 18 female, versus 33 births in July 1955. Deaths totaled 14, including 9 male and 5 female, compared with 16 deaths in July 1953, 1 male and 5 female.
