Pahl Sentenced In Two Area Courts
Dennis Eugene Pahl of Carey faced drunk driving charges in Fostoria and assault in Upper Sandusky. In Fostoria he was fined 100 dollars, costs, three days jail, and had driving rights suspended a year. In Upper Sandusky he was found guilty of assault and battery, fined 200 dollars, costs, and 20 days in jail for the November 12 incident near State Route 568. Jessie James Smith of Carey also faced assault charges, with 60 days in jail and 200 dollar fine. A 17 year old Carey High School student will answer to the same charges in Wyandot County Juvenile Court.
