Death of West Street Child Dies of Tuberculosis
Donald Edward Clinger, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Clinger of West Street, died at 1 00 am Wednesday from tuberculosis caused growth on the neck. Born Carey May 25 1921 the boy had been ill about two months and four days seriously. Survived by parents one brother and one sister. Funeral Friday at 2 pm from the home with Rev. I H Amore officiating. Interment in Spring Grove cemetery.

Eastern Star Inspection Sees Initiations in Ada

Pilgrimage to shrine of Our Lady of Consolation Next Week
The Spring Pilgrimage to the shrine in Carey runs from next Saturday through Sunday the 21st. Evening candle processions begin at 7:30 on May 14 17 and 20. Afternoon processions with the Image of Our Lady start at 2:30 on May 18 and 21. On Thursday at 1:30 p m the solemn blessing of the sick takes place in the upper church.
