The Evangelical church ladies will host a self serve supper at the Moose hall on Saturday March 29 starting at 4 00 p m. Menu features chicken noodles potatoes slaw pickles fruit cake bread and butter coffee with prices from 5 to 10 cents. Proceeds support church activities.
The Victory Class of the Methodist Sunday school cleared 70 dollars at a Penny Supper held Monday evening. A comforter selling for 10.50 dollars to C. I. Kessler was returned to the class and then resold to Mrs. J. A. Newcomer for 10 dollars.
Floyd Smith expresses sincere gratitude to the Sisters at Pilgrim House and to friends who helped care for him during his recent illness.
One hundred eight parents voted in favor of changing to Eastern time while 94 opposed the change, reflecting school community input on the time adjustment.
Members and officers are urged to be present this evening for the regular meeting to prepare for inspection.

The public is invited to daily Lent services at 7 30 p m Eastern time except Saturday. Visiting pastors preach each evening with a program listing Good Man Christ and Prayer varying by day. Special music by the choir and male quartet.

The mayor of Tiffin urged that any stranger presenting a check be reported to police before acceptance as forged payments circulated for months. Bloomville residents are suspected after bogus checks passed through the Bloomville bank, causing a spike in bad debt.
