Mrs John Wagner of Tiffin Ron ald W Hines and Mrs Carrie Phillips attended funeral services for Benjamin Hines in Albany Indiana on Saturday morning. The death was due to a heart ailment. In the afternoon they joined services for Mrs Betty Ransom in Greenville Indiana. The family stayed as overnight guests with Mr and Mrs George Hines in Union City Indiana and returned home Saturday evening.

Seaman Apprentice Fred Kenepp son of Mr and Mrs Fred E Kenepp of Carey Ohio is stationed at the Naval Receiving Station Norfolk awaiting transfer to USS Independence.
