Invoices Reveal Old Masonic Lodge Records Story
W. K. Thomas found two percent old voices in Masonic Lodge records and brought them to the Carey Times. The invoices from Wild Rose Celery Farm now Tracy Johnson farm show land formerly thought to fail. Owner W C Johnson drained muck land and shipped vegetables to nearby towns. He was murdered in 1900 by five Findlay men who robbed him of $25. his wife and children were present. Three men died in prison, two fled to H Keller’s for carnations. Bills dated July 28 and Sept 13, 1909. A P Johnson, son, lives in Tucson, Arizona.
