Purdue freshman Dan Duble enrolls in summer school

Dan Duble a Purdue University freshman Lafayette Ind has enrolled in summer school after a week with his parents returning from a Lafayette visit. He fractured his left arm near the wrist in a school fall two weeks ago and is wearing a cast. His sister Ann a Bowling Green State University junior is home briefly before summer studies. Judy of Dearborn Mich also came home for the weekend as a teacher plans to stay until June 20.

Ed Weaver Builds Home Near Upper Sandusky

Ed Weaver, at 408 N Vance Street, is constructing a 20 by 24 foot home east of Upper Sandusky on Route 132 just outside Mononcue. Carey Boy Involved In 4 Vehicle Collision Nearby

Two Hancock county men were seriously injured and four others hurt when a car and Greyhound bus collided head on in a four vehicle crash 1000 feet east of Findlay State Route 15 at 9 45 a m Tuesday. Paul R Shilling 34 Rawson along with brother Lester 41 Findlay were hospitalized in serious condition. Charles Johnson 16 Carey skidded into a car driven by Robert E Jarvi 27 Findlay as the bus followed. Shilling car and trailer crashed into the bus. Ansel Ayers 60 Columbus drove the bus which spun on the wet pavement. Traffic detoured while rescue efforts continued.

Carey selects trio for Buckeye Boys State at Camp Perry
