Driver in Rural Wharton Woman Critically Hurt
Marilyn J. Earp eighteen of Route 1 Wharton was driving north on State Route 330 when her car left the road rolled over three times and ended in a field. She was first taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital by Carey Ambulance, then transferred to Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima in critical condition. authorities say the crash occurred at 2 30 in the afternoon and is under investigation.

Thomas couple marks 57th anniversary in Carey
Mr and Mrs W K Thomas of 300 W North St celebrate 57 years of marriage on August 1 1969. They wed in 1912 at the English Lutheran Church Upper Sandusky and lived most of their married life in Carey.
