Col Walton Weber, assistant adjutant general of the Department of Ohio G A R, is near death after a week of stomach trouble and a recent stroke. Damaged Cars Collision on W Findlay and Muncie Streets

Death of Howard Tiell In Farm Wagon Mishap Near Alvada
Howard Andrew Tiell of Frenchtown died Saturday near Alvada when a wagon wheel rolled over his head after he stepped on the tongue to disentangle harness lines. The Crawford Ridge township clubs met at 2:30 to depart for Windlay Park for a potluck picnic. Bound Over to Grand Jury in Assault Case
Elmer Hunter was bound over to the grand jury from Mayor Mullholand's court on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon. He is held on a $5,000 bond and jailed. Police say he, intoxicated, attempted to stab his son in law Fred Hendricks during a family dispute. Hendricks restrained him while Mrs. Hendricks received a severe cut to her hand. Night Policeman Wi Anderson made the arrest.
