Mrs. Charles Beis of six miles northeast of Carey is in serious condition at Morey Hospital in Tiffin after a wagon accident last Thursday evening. She was riding on the front of a wagon when the hay rack detached and she was thrown to the ground, suffering a dislocated pelvis and deep lacerations with heavy bleeding. Her father Wallace Ruehle received a blood transfusion last Thursday and her brother Dean Ruehle one Tuesday.
