Lutheran Boys Camp Plans at Marblehead on Lake Erie

H C Perkins received his PhD in history at Yale University’s 232nd commencement in New Haven. Accompanying him were Edgar B Cale and A J McMullen of Uniontown, former mentors from the University of Pittsburgh. Perkins’ dissertation examined Northern press attitudes before the Civil War and will be published by McClure's with an introduction.
