Wyandot county reports include county commissioners in Columbus for a state meeting, obituaries for Ruth Blackburn Walton and Dr. R C Alexander, legal actions over a desertion suit and a buggy claim, and road and agricultural resolutions. Local residents noted for aviation fame Leonard Bonne and others, plus a Clark county weight law arrest and a bridge accident near Grey Eye bridge.
The Findlay Courier reports Guy V. Sutphen received a gold watch from the 400 K P Band after a surprise banquet at a Tuesday rehearsal. S. F. Halstead also received a watch in a playful exchange as Sutphen is praised for leading the band to prominence in northwestern Ohio.
Warren Stevens reports the death of his sister Mrs. Sarah E Freeman on New Year s night at her Columbus Kansas home. Born Tymochtee town ship she was 74. She came to Columbus with husband and one daughter many years ago. Her husband died sixteen years ago and she and daughter Mrs. Mostde Ness lived on South Kansas street. She had feeble health for six months and general debility listed as the cause. She leaves three brothers Warren Stevens Scott Stevens and Ft Stevens and a sister Mrs Letha Ragan. Her husband s name was Dartel Freeman.

To Mr and Mrs Cz W Kotterman of Upper Sandusky a fine boy was born Friday January 10.
On Thursday at the Ranger residence on East Main street over forty guests attended a dinner hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Ranger and Mr. and Mrs. M. Ranger. Miss Maude Snyder Mary Ranger and Cletus Lowery served as attendants. Carnations narcissus and roses decorated the event.
Bernard Feeley visiting town from Upper Sandusky after two weeks with his sister. He works at an emery plant in Tiffin and was injured in the eye the day before Christmas but has fully recovered.
William B. Richards died at his San Pedro California home at 3 20 Sunday morning aged 75. He served in the Civil War in the 99th O W L attaining the rank of captain. After the war he opened a dry goods store in this city then moved to Bluffton and later Findlay where he resided for some time.
Mrs J P Whetson of 301 Davis street returns from Carey where she had been since New Years day after driving over in a buggy. Dry snow and build water prevented her return as Findlay reporter notes.
