Mrs Lydia Beck, aged 89, will celebrate her 90th birthday Sunday December 24 on her farm two miles south of St Pauls EUB Church route 2 Carey. She lives with grandson Robert Fruth and will host a party at sister Eva Shaferly home with Henry and Alta Shaferly of Bascom. Married 50 Years As Haymans Plan Golden Vow Service
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hayman of Carey area renew their marriage vows on Sunday at 2 PM in McCutchenville Presbyterian Church marking their 50th wedding anniversary. Louis Craft Suffers Facial Injury At Hamilton Job
Louis Craft, son of Mrs Claude Myers of west of Carey, received a severe facial cut last Friday while working at Hamilton on a Shamrock Construction pipeline. The injury required 33 stitches after teeth were loosened by a machinery incident. Craft and his wife Bernadine Pickall, formerly of Cameron West Virginia, reside at the Dude Ranch Motel south of Hamilton. they wed November 11 in Detroit.
