Open Day at Kindergarten in City Library Basement

Edward J Albert Given Indeterminate Non-Support Sentence
Edward J Albert appeared before Judge Earl B Carter in common pleas court and pleaded guilty to a non support charge. He received an indeterminate term of one to three years in the Ohio State reformatory at Mansfield and was fined costs. The sentence was suspended on the condition of future child support payments and repayment of sums Wyandot county paid, at five dollars every two weeks, until fully repaid. Albert, a poultry dealer, was located in Carey months ago.

William Harvey Lawhead died Saturday at 6 05 PM at his daughter Mrs F D McCauleys Toledo home after six weeks there while wintering. Funeral served at Mrs Earl Mullholands Adrian home Tuesday and burial at Bethel cemetery. He was born October 2 1847 in Adrian and married Eliza Wooster in 1868. Survived by four children and seven grandchildren.
