The new M. E. church at Vanlue, built of red pressed brick, was dedicated last Sunday. It features electric lighting from a basement dynamo, a fan ventilation system, antique oak furnishings, a 28 by 40 foot auditorium, six adjoining class rooms, a dining room in the basement, and a reception room.

Prize Winning Apple Exhibits At Columbus Show
Lawrence Wenner of this city area, student in the Ohio State University College of Horticulture, won several prizes at the Ohio State Horticultural Society show in Columbus on December 5. He took first on Northern Spy, first on R. J. Greening and second on Rainbow with fur on White Pippin also among his top awards.
