Woman Killed by Speeding Auto in Findlay

Mrs Jemima Nemire was struck and dragged by a rapidly driven car while waiting to board a street car in Findlay. The driver fled the scene and has not been identified. If found, he faces manslaughter charges and possible extreme punishment.

Epworth League Holds Four Services at Methodist Church

Four Epworth League services were held Monday through Friday evenings at the Methodist Church drawing large crowds. Friday’s program featured Rev. J. M. Marshal C M Brown located the trunk owner on Wednesday. Mrs Anita Doyle of Fryeburg Maine is identified as the trunk owner from last August when she moved to Maine. The trunk and two cretonne boxes matched the description found in Gaston Heights. items missing include a man’s corduroy suit.

Collision Involving Mrs Ambrose Orrans Near Vanee Street

An automobile collision occurred south of town when Mrs Ambrose Orrans’ wagon crossed Vanee Street and was struck by a car driven by Fox soneof Mroo and Mes Cha cox. The Fox car rammed a telephone pole, embedding the crank, but no one was hurt. Mrs Orrans’ car suffered only minor fender damage while the Fox car sustained serious engine damage.
