Findlay Dope Case Before Grand Jury
Lawrence Sands 41 pleaded innocent to possession of Mexican narcotic weed and waived examination. He was held to the grand jury under a 1500 dollar bond. George Hilbert 24 and Carl Hilbert 22 remained jailed on 1000 dollar bonds each, awaiting action on cultivation and sale charges. Sheriff Lyle Harvitt said the brothers sold the weed to 20 high school boys and girls.
