The second quarterly convention of the Amanda Township Sunday School Association will be held at St. Paul on Sunday August 25 1912. The program includes devotion prayers lessons teachers classes and talks on promoting Sunday schools evangelizing the world and graded lesson systems with music and a Sabbath School Praise Service led by Rev T Biddle and special Ridge Quartet performances.

Funeral for Mrs Curl Held at Local Church
The funeral of Mrs O L Curl wife of the M E church pastor was held at the church on Thursday afternoon. Dr J H Fitzwater presided baptizing the infant daughter of the deceased. Rev W Elmer Bailey Rev 6D O Moore and Rev W W Motter led prayers and scripture. A choir sang several hymns and many Eastern Star members attended. The services ended with a burial on Friday in Dillsboro Indiana near Cincinnati.

Crawford School Annual Reunion Held in School Yard
About seventy five attended the Crawford school reunion in the school house yard. Jacob Nitrauer of Carey presided and officers were elected including Nitrauer as president and Miss Edith Karr as corresponding secretary. The next reunion is slated for the second Wednesday in August 1938.

Lytles Celebrate Annual Reunion at Riverside Park
