Paul Boyer Dies After Short Illness in Cleveland
Paul Boyer aged 41 died at 2 00 am Saturday at his home in Cleveland after a two week illness from intestinal flu. He was born in Tiffin the son of Felix and the late mother. Funeral services were held at Our Lady of Consolation church with burial at St Marys cemetery. Survivors include his father two brothers four sisters and Edith Kitzler his wife whom he married in March 1917. He was a painter by trade and known as a musician in local orchestras.

Wyandot County schools under Superintendent Ralph Broede will open on Labor Day for Eden Harpster Little Sandusky Marseilles McCutchenville Nevada Richland and Salem, on September 2 for Sycamore, and on September 8 for Antrim Mifflin Carey. Nine month terms apply except for Little Sandusky Mifflin and possibly Antrim. Some schools will handle their own books including Antrim Eden Harpster Marseilles Nevada Richland. In Carey books may be bought at Ew ing drug store and in McCutchenville Swerlein's general store and in Sycamore Shoemaker's general store. Little Sandusky Mifflin and Salem still lack provision.
