Life Saving Class Demonstrates Ressi-Annie at Carey Pool
Roland Smith of the Findlay Red Cross brought the lifelike manikin Ressi-Annie to the Carey pool for Jr Life Saving students to practice mouth to mouth respiration. The device, built to honor a 1957 Nor way girl who died after a crowd failed to assist, cost 251 dollars. The Findlay Chapter praised the Greyhound Bus Company for the donation received after aiding passengers in last December’s snowstorm. A senior program starts Monday at 9 am for ages 16 and up. Capable Carey Coeds and 4 H Clubs plan to paint Carey Waterworks Park tables and posts this week under George Dunn’s supervision.
