The program trains high school instructors with driving labs lectures and safety planning. Release Bass In Sportsman's Lake
Six hundred fingerling size bass were released Friday in the Carey Conservation Sportsman Association lake by the directors. The bass were obtained through the Federal Wildlife Department. Beach work slowed as committee chairmen and directors seek safety for the public swimming area this year. Fifty tons of sand are ready for spreading. Large oil drums have been obtained and prepared as markers. A directors meeting will be held at 8:30 this evening at Moore's Store. Wednesday nights remain member work team nights. Without more active upkeep, the park's 5 year development plan will be delayed and extra expenses may occur.
