Mrs. Ruffing, not well, is visiting her son Charles Ruffing on E South street. Dr. McKee will take possession soon and plans a dental office at the house. He recently left the U S naval reserve where he served as a lieutenant in Alaska. Before service he practiced in Pemberville.

George Schneider Injured by Falling Door at Freight Car
George Schneider a New York Central freight house employee was struck on the head by a steel door that fell from a freight car at 1 15 pm Wednesday. He received 300 stitches for scalp lacerations and a concussion. He was taken to Bristoll’s ambulance and is at his brother in law's home.

Lawrence and Straw came back this week after a three week motor trip to Florida with Walter H. Phelps of Toledo. Phelps will stay in St Petersburg until May first and then travel north toward the Smoky Mountains for a month. Emadel Wolf 2/c has been honorably discharged at Camp Elliott San Diego California after 18 months in the navy. She is at her parents home south of Carey. Wolf trained as a boat crew member at Hunter College New York and served in communications in San Diego.
