Residents for Sensible Growth lawsuit ends in settlement
Donors and supporters thank volunteers for time and money in the campaign and subsequent lawsuit to uphold a vote. The suit failed, was settled for reduced copying costs of 9300 to 500, with no appeal and no opposition to the school.
