Three Captains Flat Residents Cleared in Hospital Obstruction
Three Captains Flat men Kerr Hunt and Findlay were found guilty of obstructing hospital equipment transfer but the charges were dismissed on a technical ruling. Senior Constable Ray testified the vehicles blocked the driveway as a protest, and the administrator said equipment was being moved to Queanbeyan and Braidwood hospitals. The magistrate said the defendants acted in the district's best interests.
