Escaped convict Williams recaptured after prison break
Constable Horace Martin arrested Earl Williams, an escaped Shaw State Farm inmate from DeKalb Bowie county. Williams escaped from the town calaboose Sunday while handcuffed and chained, with two or three other detainees fleeing with him. Williams had seven years remaining on a long sentence.
