Terrell Refuses To Pay State Account

Austin Texas Sept 19 Comptroller H B Terrell refused to honor a state institution account despite an attorney general decision The legislature appropriated 500 per year for cows mules horses and hogs The institution spent 715 more from the maintenance fund authorized by the attorney general but Terrell would not approve the expenditure or recognize the legislature's spending for this purpose.
