Work To Begin On New Newton Memorial Hospital
Construction equipment moved in this week by Lemands Construction Co to clear ground for Newton Memorial Hospital north of the present site. W. H. Tumlinson Dies in Harlingen Services Saturday
Victor H. Tumlinson a Cameron rancher and businessman died Wednesday in Harlingen after an extended illness. Funeral services are planned for Saturday in Raymondville. He had ranching ties in Cameron and Milam Counties since 1948 and once owned the Riverside Ranch south of Cameron. He served as a school administrator and Raymondville superintendent before moving to Cameron. Survived by wife two sons a daughter a brother three sisters.
