A Texas utility filing proposes a six month interim fuel refund for all customers on fuel related to Rate FF. The total over recovery is about 70.8 million dollars through September 2009. Residential bills could drop about 12.24 dollars monthly at 1,000 kWh, with a 11.4 percent decrease.
