Frank Klecka Arrives Overseas After Army Service Record

Frank Klecka has arrived overseas according to information received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Klecka of Marak. He entered the service October 8 1940 as a volunteer and served at Fort Sam Houston for a year and six months before moving to the Pacific where he prepared for combat through army schools in Aberdeen Maryland Springfield Illinois and Akron Ohio. Klecka performs cannon repairs and operates motor equipment, and he recalls his early schooling at Marak.
