The funeral for Mrs J D House 83 a native of Milam County who died Monday morning November 14 at her Salem home was conducted at Salem Methodist Church by Rev Condrey. Interment followed in Salem Cemetery. She was born October 9 1849 and married life near Salem spanned her two homes. Surviving are three daughters two sons a sister and two stepdaughters with several brothers and pallbearers named.

Depositors 10 Seek Court Action Over State Bank Funds

The death of T N Lindsey occurred Saturday morning November 12 at 9 o'clock after declining health and a coma. He lived with his daughter Mrs J W Stitt in Cameron and was active in civic and church work, a longtime Methodist steward. The funeral Sunday at 2:30 p m at the First Methodist church in Cameron was conducted by Rev M A Turner with several pastors assisting, and interment followed at Oak Hill cemetery beside his wife.
